Team Andruff Sells its 400th Property!

Time has a way of flying past, and it was just last month when my colleague said, “Mike, did you realize this is your file number 400?” WOW! We have sold over 400 properties!

Over the years, we have had many unbelievable experiences with our clients, and witnessed the complete cycle of life in the public domain.

What lessons have we learned?

1)     Never stop learning.   Our clients trust us to be on top of the game.
2)     Slow down and listen. The more listening, the better you can serve.
3)     Have fun. Relationships are best built with a smile on your face.
4)     Be patient. Sometimes the client needs time to find out their needs.
5)     Ask questions. The better the question, the clearer the mission.
6)     Expect the unexpected. Our clients often surprise us and themselves.
7)     Network. Six degrees of separation happens all the time.
8)     Share.  Participate and give as much as you can.  Givers gain.
9)     Follow up. It could be amazing.
10) Say “thank you.”  Do this as often as you can. People appreciate it.

Homes are our product and people our passion.  If you have the need for great service and expert real estate advice, contact me anytime to discuss how I can assist you.  Let us put our experience to work for you.
