7th Annual Marpole Summerfest!!

Looking for something to do this Saturday, July 14?? Marpole Summerfest is a free, family-oriented community celebration held along Granville Street (between 63rd and 71st Avenues) in the Marpole commercial district. From 11 AM to 3 PM, Granville Street will be alive with fantastic merchant sidewalk sales, special promotions and local restaurants offering tastes of the many ethnic foods & specialities available in the neighbourhood.

There will also be family oriented entertainment. You will find face painting, clowns, balloon artists, as well as a kids zone on 67th avenue where kids can bounce away all their extra energy in a bouncy castle. And for those of you who are car enthusiasts, the Second Annual Show & Shine event will showcase classic cars in the Safeway Parking lot. Click on the link above for more information.
