So we are in month 2 of Renovations, and as I told Mike Andruff if I knew now when I was making this decision, I would have really looked at buying a new house.  While we are excited at the prospect of the new kitchen and new bedroom, there are those unforeseen headaches that occur....this week it's the roof!!  After, the drain tiles, now the roof I guess you could say that costs are creeping up!!

 Our contractor Kerr Construction has done a good job at trying to catch up on the schedule.  We have been told that our new windows should be arriving this week.  If that is the case then Builders Door and Window have exceeded there timelines.  We have had some pretty significant issues with our phone service, our line was cut and Rogers home phone has yet to come and repair the line.  Let me say this Rogers Home phone does not get my recommendation for home service and I would encourage all of you that have Rogers...find another service provider!!
