Prices forecast to rise 6% in 2007
Today Central Mortgage and Housing (CMHC) presented a varitey of graphs and charts to RE/MAX Crest Realty Westside realtors. The following graph is but one example used in the presentation. This graph suggests that the average single detached home on the westside of Vancouver is $1,348,000 vs. one available in Langley for $460,000!
